凡四卷。全称鼓山为霖禅师还山录。又作为霖禅师还山录。明末清初曹洞宗僧为霖道霈（1615～1702）撰，兴灯等编，康熙二十七年（1688）刊行。收于卍续藏第一二五册。辑录道霈再住鼓山以后之语录，故称还山录。内容包括上堂、示众、佛事、偈、赞、序、题跋、记等。卷末附录旅泊幻迹一篇，系其自述一生行谊与著作之记录。
