全一卷。又作无量寿禅师日用小清规、日用清规、入众日用小清规、日用小清规。收于卍续藏第一一一册。系南宋僧宗寿于宁宗嘉定二年（1209）佛诞日，在江西千龟峰以百丈清规为准，说示禅林一日之规矩，使入众之学人得以日夜遵守，其内容包括：起床、洗面、着袈裟、进食、如厕、入浴、卧相乃至看经、步行等诸种法则。
