凡十卷。宋代禅僧长芦宗赜集。于崇宁二年（1103）完成。又称崇宁清规、重雕补注禅苑清规、禅规。收于卍续藏第一一一册。有关禅院之组织规程及僧众日常生活之规定，称为清规；最早有唐代百丈怀海（720～814）所撰述之‘百丈古清规’。至北宋时代古清规已散逸，禅林规则紊乱，宗赜为再兴百丈清规之精神，遂搜集残存于诸山之行法偈颂，编撰本清规。其后，中国、日本所制定之清规，皆以本清规为标准。
