佛典注疏。唐法成述。卷数不详。敦煌遗书藏本。是唐大中年间(847—859)法成在敦煌开讲《瑜伽师地论》时由听讲僧众笔录而成。内容是对《瑜伽师地论》逐卷分科,并包括对《瑜伽师地论》的简单注释。本书与《瑜伽师地论随听疏》同为研究当时唐蕃佛教及法成其人的珍贵资料。未载于历代大藏经。
