佛典注疏。作者不详。原著当为二卷。日本中村不折藏本,首残尾全。尾题:“《仁王般若实相论》卷第二。比丘显秀写,流通后代,化化(代代)不绝。”所疏释为鸠摩罗什译*《仁王般若经》之《散花品第六》(首残)至《嘱累品第八》。在《嘱累品》品名下有“释秀许”三字。因卷一缺,此疏科分不详。大体是逐句疏释经文。历代大藏经未收,后被收入日本《大正藏》第八十五卷。
