《周易注》，中国三国时期魏国玄学家王弼著。为历史上重要的《周易注》之一。唐太宗命孔颖达等修《五经正义》，其中《周易》选用王弼注，认为“唯魏世王辅嗣之注，独冠古今”。从此，王弼《周易注》作为官方定本而流传于世。
