《梦中缘》是清代李修行创作白话长篇才子佳人小说。又名《梦中五美缘》。四卷十五回。成书于清雍正、乾隆年间。 小说意在宜扬“一娶数美”，追求娇妻美妾，落入常套，格调不高。惟书中写盗贼，写恶少，间及明季社会现实生活，或有可取。莲溪氏对其艺术描写，颇为赞赏，曰：“至其写才子，写佳人，写缙绅孤介，以及瑞生一世之离合悲欢，直觉优盂复出，亦不能装点得如此生动也。”
