《摩诃般若波罗蜜大明咒经》是世传一般流行本《般若波罗蜜多心经》的异译本，与流行本文义略有出入。此经由鸠摩罗什译。以观世音菩萨行深般若波罗蜜多为空相应行，进而说遣五蕴执，契证实相等大乘佛法的甚深教义，乃是六百卷《般若经》的精题，而为禅宗所重视。
