针灸专著，又名《针灸大全》，10卷。明杨继洲(济时)撰，刊于万历二十九年(1601年)。杨氏根据家传《卫生针灸玄机秘要》（简称《玄机秘要》），参考明以前20余种针灸学著作，并结合作者针灸临床经验编成此书。本书较全面论述针灸理论、操作手法等，并考定腧穴名称和部位，记述历代名家针灸医案，为对明以前针灸学术的又一总结，是学习研究针灸的重要参考著作。
